MAC Fit: Ongoing 8-week group training program
In early January 2016, the MAC launched their new small and large group training program called MAC Fit. This ongoing 8-week program combines the energy and dynamic of group exercise with the individual attention of group training to create a specialized workout experience. Add nutrition content, restorative group exercise, accountability and the flexibility to choose among an exclusive schedule of classes and you have a training program with the flexibility that will effectively help you reach your fitness goals.

Members have three different training options; small group training package, large group training package, or they may take their workout to the next level with an all-inclusive MAC Fit Package. Check out your options below!

Purchase your flexible training package at the front desk and personalize it by reserving your training time of choice or attend a class based on availability. The training packages of eight are sold at any point within the session.
Body Breakthrough: An Online Fat Loss Program For Busy Adults

The MAC is now carrying four different Vega Bars that will fit every member’s nutrition needs. The bars range from a snack to a post-workout bar.

- Flavors at the MAC: Dark Chocolate Cashew Cherry, and Cranberry Almond
- Protein: 3-5g
- Best Eaten: Meal Replacement
- Flavors at the MAC: Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Coconut Cashew, and Chocolate Cranberry Almond
