New Group Fitness Class
Core and Restore – Starting January 1, 2016
You can only keep up your challenging workouts if you let those muscles recover. You must check yourself, or you will wreck yourself – pure and simple. Here at the MAC we keep you safe, so you can continue your workouts and see results you came to us for!
The Core half of this class we’ll focus on strength and stability to improve muscular balance and injury prevention, as well as increase flexibility and mobility through your full range of motion.
The Restore half utilizes foam rollers and rubber balls to helps reduce tension and tightness in your muscles and fascia called adhesions, by using myofascial release techniques. The foam rollers and balls aid in freeing up your fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, resulting in an increase in flexibility and mobility as well as reduced soreness and quicker recovery time from workouts.
