Small group training combines the camaraderie and fun found in larger group exercise with the individual attention and intensity of personal training.  Whether you have never tried small group training or you are looking for a new small group workout, the MAC has an excellent opportunity to experience this fun and effective exercise environment.   Starting the week of July 6th, our 6-week Small Group Training Series will begin.  Choose from the following classes to find a group that best suits your interests, needs and style of training.

TRAIN LIKE A CHAMPION

Dynamic Small Group Training

Conducted by MAC Trainer and Strength Coach, Dustin Short, this class will focus on dynamic movements, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), core strengthening, and explosive bodyweight training.

Prepaid packages available as well as drop-in style.

TRX – SUSPENSION TRAINING

Your body is your machine

TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own body weight to functionally increase strength, power, flexibility, and balance while working in a variety of planes and all ranges of motion. Your core is constantly engaged throughout the workout, building the smaller stabilizer muscles that often get overlooked in traditional strength classes.

KETTLEBELL 101 & GRAD

Strength and Cardio Training

Kettlebells are weights used for high intensity cardio and strength training and are ideal for people who want high-speed, high-intensity workouts.

Kettlebell 101

This is the perfect introduction class for anyone interested in trying something new with their workouts.

Four consecutive weeks of Kettlebell 101, followed by two Kettlebell Grad classes

Prepay to reserve your spot.

Thursdays at 6:00am

Kettlebell Grad

After your completion of Kettlebell 101, you will be ready to move on to more advanced motions and workouts.

Drop-in style based upon availability.

Mondays, 6:30am or 11:15am
Wednesdays, 6:00am
Thursdays, 5:45am
Fridays, 6:00am

ALPHA STRONG

Sandbag Group Training

Alpha Strong is a unique workout that utilizes a sandbag or ball to maximize your workout results. The sand in the bag or ball is shifting and changing every time you move it, which makes their workout challenging and effective.
