Complete 10 Mind & Body classes throughout the month of May and earn a FREE club water bottle!
Mind & Body classes focus on your strength, balance and flexibility while improving posture, coordination and mental focus. You’ll leave these classes feeling centered, stronger and more relaxed!

- Restorative Yoga
