The swimming pool at Sammamish Club offers members a cool and refreshing way to stay fit. Whether it’s a lap swim workout or play time with the entire family, the aquatics programming has something for everyone.
Sammamish Club offers the following as part of our expanding aquatics programs:
- Adult Lap Swim – Starting at five in the morning on weekdays, lanes are set aside for a great low-impact lap workout on the 25 yard long pool.
- Family Swim – With a lifeguard on duty, members can enjoy the pool with their families during weekday afternoons and on weekends.
- Water Aerobics – For a low-impact, group exercise experience, Water Aerobics is offered four days during the week, alternating morning and evenings, and on Saturday mornings.
- Lessons – We offer both private and group swim lessons for kids, as well as a pre-competitive program.
