Cycling 1New cardio to core group fitness combo classes are available at the MAC. Combining a cycle and abs class together will create the ultimate test to your endurance. Join us two different cardio to core combo classes throughout the week:

30 Minutes of Cycling & 30 Minutes of Core Exercises:
Monday & Wednesday @ 12:00 noon with Sara F.

cx worx

1 Hour of Cycling & 15 Minutes of CXWORX Core Workout:
Sundays @ 8:00am with Kathryn Korch

Only want to take 3o minutes of cycling or abs? No problem! Join us for either of the classes – no commitment to both sessions in a class is required.
