Opening soon, the Sammamish Club has added a new spin room in the tower just below the pilates room. With 15 new bikes, the spin room will be dedicated to cycling. In accompany to the new room, the club will be introducing an additional Les Mills class, RPM.
RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring group fitness instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Some benefits to RPM are as followed: increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, tone and shape your legs, hips & butt, increase leg strength and muscular endurance without building bulk, and release endorphins to leave you with a natural high.
