Body Breakthrough: Gain and Maintain an Awesome Body!

A new session of Body Breakthrough at the MAC starts January 2nd, but registration is open now! Join MAC Trainers Breanne Curran and Scott Jansen as they will support, encourage,  and educate you during this 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge.

Offering  three different levels to choose from, of which each level provides multiple packages that you are able to choose a weight loss level that is right for you!

CLEAN

On ramp level to Body Breakthough
January 2nd – March 27th

Each level will consist of Group Nutrition Coaching every 2 weeks and twice a month Body Stat Progress Check (body fat, measurements and weigh ins).

Level 2 – for graduates of Shred
