Group Fitness Extravaganza!

cut2On May 18th Magnuson Athletic Club will be hosting a Group Fitness Extravaganza! Open to both Manguson Athletic Club and Sammamish Club members, this all day event will be an on-going party filled with every Group Fitness class you could think of. Take this time come and try a new class that you’ve been wanting to experience, meet and great our GX Instructors, and socialize with other members.

7:15 a.m-8:00 a.m. Heart Zone Clinic with Cary
8:00-9:00 a.m.- BodyPump with Rachel NEW RELEASE
8:15-9:15 a.m. Cycling with David
9:00-9:20 a.m.- STEP with Shonagh (on basketball court)
9:00-10:00 a.m.- BodyCombat with Marrie NEW RELEASE
9:30-10:30 a.m. Cycling with David
9:40-10:40 a.m.- K.U.T. with Katherine (on basketball court)
10:15-11:15 a.m.- Barre Ultima with Christine
11:15-12:15 a.m.- BodyFlow with Erin NEW RELEASE
12:15-1:15 p.m.- Zumba with Sara
4:00 p.m.- Zumba Party!
5:00 p.m.- Hula Lesson
6:00-8:00p.m. – Dance Party
