Magnesium, Why you should care about it!
If you want to be happier and stronger you should care about magnesium. One major factor of fatigue, headaches … not to mention lack of endurance with cardio and strength training is a lack of Magnesium. This powerful mineral is also necessary for healthy bones and energy production. About two-thirds of the magnesium in the human body is found in our bones.
Most Americans are deficient in Magnesium. This contributes to high blood pressure, muscle spasms, migraine headaches, as well as muscle cramps, tension, soreness and fatigue. In two teaspoons of blackstrap molasses, you will receive 7.3% of the daily value for magnesium. (Other top sources are dark leafy greens, beans, brown rice and raw cacao)
