Join Breanne this winter to get a tighter butt, slimmer gut and great eating habits to brag about in her new Body Breakthrough Weight Loss Series.

This 12 week course starts on January 10th, where you and fellow MAC members will be challenged and kept accountable with twice a month weight loss coaching and fat blasting workouts!

Choose up to three 1 hour group workouts weekly, in addition to two weight loss coaching classes a month.

6:30 AM – Kettlebell Group Training
5:30 PM – Circuit Training

Tuesdays
7:00 AM and 9:00 AM – Circuit Training

Wednesdays
5:30 PM – Circuit Training

Thursdays
11:00 AM – Circuit Training
5:30 PM – Kettlebell Group Training

Fridays
6:00 AM Kettlebell Advanced Group Training
7:00 AM Circuit Training
10:00 AM Circuit Training

Choose between two Weight Loss Nutrition classes
(first classes start January 14th and 16th) – Every other week

Mondays @ 6:30 PM
Wednesdays @ 10:30 AM
