Boot Camp at the MAC
Want to start your day off with a great workout?
Try our new and improved MAC boot camp class. The 8 week session will start Tuesday January 10th at 6:00am.
Boot Camp will allow you to constantly mix up your workout. This helps your body avoid plateaus. The results are a leaner, stronger, more flexible and fit you. Whether you’re just trying to be healthier or improve your performance for your next marathon, Boot Camp is for you!
Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00am, and are a great way to make some new friends while getting in a workout.
